
Toasts with Avocado and Shrimp
A wonderful and delicious breakfast! One, two, and done!
The soup is not only filling but also nutritious.

First, steam the trout in a pot with a lid in a small amount of water (~15 minutes). Cool and separate into chunks.
Pour the water into a pot and add the salt, pepper, spices and bay leaves. Bring to the boil.
Add the diced rutabaga and carrot. Cook them until the vegetables are semi-soft.
Add the sliced or grated bell pepper, onion, garlic, tomato and processed cheese. Stir, and cook for ~10 minutes.
At the end, add the prepared fish and greens. Bring to the boil and - ready!
