
Thick pizza with chicken and mushrooms
I really enjoyed the "quick pizza pan" that I decided to bake it again, but in a larger format, with a little "improvement" for the next working week with lunch.
Time for a salty cake. Just look out for great nutrition for it! Eat and lose weight!

Grind chicken liver with onion and garlic.
Add eggs, flour, spices. And in a pan under the lid, at a low temperature, baked large pancakes (I got 5 pieces).
Grate carrots, cabbage. Chop the onion, garlic, add salt, pepper, spices and cook everything in a pan under the lid.
Put the vegetables in a colander, cool and drain the excess liquid.
Finished "mayonnaise": blend all the mayonnaise ingredients to a creamy consistency.
Put the liver pancake on a plate, smear with mayonnaise and cover with filling.
It repeats this with all the pancakes.
Grate 20 g of Džiuga cheese on top.

Strawberries all around! It is a sin not to use them. And if the avocado is ready and the banana is overripe, then a delicacy without sugar and sweeteners is created.
