 300 g Cottage cheese "Lakšu pesto" (or classic Cottage cheese)
 100 g Cucumber
 60 g Radish
 20 g Scallions
 2 Slices of wholemeal toaster bread
 Salt as required

Dice the cucumber, grate the radishes, chop the scallions and dill.

Mix all the ingredients with the cottage cheese. Add salt as needed.
