Ingredients (baking mold diameter 16 cm)
 2 Eggs
 1 Armenian lavash (190 g, look for as fresh as possible)
 500 g Culinary curd "Baltais" (or skimmed curd)
 150 g Dried fruits / berries (or fresh berries / fruits)
 Vanillin
Ingredients for pouring the pie
 2 Eggs
 120 g Natural yogurt (I use "Actifeel")
Directions

Pour boiling water over dried fruits to make them soft.

Curd is blended with eggs, vanillin and sweetener in a homogeneous mass.

Spread the curd evenly on the lavash.

Put dried fruit / berries on top of lavash.

Roll the lavash (lengthwise) and put it in a form by rolling it into a "snail".

Beat eggs with yogurt, sweetener, vanillin and pour over rolled lavash.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~25-30 minutes.
