
Spinach pasta with avocado - green peas and spinach sauce
A little different lunch than usual. I rarely ate pasta, but today, I really wanted to.
This time, savoury muffins with Tofu cheese. And why not, if they're so delicious?

Whisk the egg, egg whites and beans into a smooth paste.
Add grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, dill, salt, spices and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into silicone moulds (I had 6) and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~25 minutes.
