Servings2 Servings
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients for the Base
 1 Egg
200 g Skimmed curd (if you use a packet of curd, you may need more flour)
 50 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener
 Vanilla
Ingredients for Stuffing
300 g Berries (for me - raspberries, currants, blueberries)
 20 g Corn starch
 Sweetener
Directions
1

If the berries are used frozen, they are removed from the freezer in time to thaw. Add sweetener and cornstarch.

2

Blend the egg with cottage cheese, vanilla and sweetener.

3

Add the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead the dough and divide into 2 equal parts.

4

Make 2 baskets with edges by hand on a tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone / Teflon mat.

5

The baskets are filled with berries mixed with starch and sweetener.

6

Put in the oven and bake for ~ 30 minutes at 175 degrees.
