Pizza with pineapple and blue cheese
I wanted to make myself a pizza with a crispy hard edge..:) And with two opposite tastes - salty and sweet...
One two and ready! And the result is simply adorable!

Cut the lavash into long strips ~3 cm wide and then into thin ~1-2 mm strips.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the egg white, curd, sweetener, and baking powder and beat until smooth.
Cut the banana and pear into pieces.
Stir the cut banana and pear into the egg-curd mixture.
Add the sliced lavash and mix.
Place the dough in the tin and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~40 minutes.

Spring brings light. I bring delicious sweets.

What can only be made from courgettes! This time I share an unrealistically delicious, gentle and hearty zucchini roulette. A little effort, but it's worth it!

A great snack, a great breakfast, great for on-the-go! And as always – with great nutritional value!
