Vanilla curd casserole with raspberries
Curd casserole without flour. With delicious, sweet raspberries! Sinless and delicious!
I wanted to make myself a pizza with a crispy hard edge ... -:) And with two opposite tastes - salty and sweet ...

Sift both flours, and add salt. Add the butter to the water, and then add it to the flour and knead the dough.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Mix yogurt with an adjika.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it into a thin (~2mm) layer, and put it in an oven heated to 200 °C for 15 minutes.
Remove the pizza base from the oven. Spread the adjika-yogurt mixture on top and put tomatoes, olives, pineapple slices, and both types of cheese on top. I also sprinkled pepper.
Reduce the temperature in the oven to 180 °C and bake for ~15 minutes until the cheese melts.

A great start to the day. Simple, quick and filling.

I already have several versions of healthy meat salads. This time, I'm offering another very tasty recipe.

I really like tarts. Both sweet and savoury. Because they always turn out delicious and very, very filling!
