Lavash Pie with Pears
I often use apples and pears in my sweet treats. This time, it’s a lavash pie with pears. It’s quick and easy to make, and it always turns out great!
A great snack, a great breakfast, great for on-the-go! And as always – with great nutritional value!

Place the eggs and finely cut broccoli in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the garlic and grated cheese.
Add salt, pepper, and flour. Mix well.
Place the batter in a heated waffle iron and bake 2 large waffles. Alternatively, bake in a regular pan under a lid (at a very low temperature, like pancakes).
