Meringue cake with nuts and berries
Sometimes you can already afford to eat live "sugar" - if it is combined with less "unhealthy" products, it results in nothing.
Golden, sunny pumpkin scones with yellow-yellow cumin cheese and greens. Perfect combination. And after the holiday breakouts at the same time!
Grate the pumpkin (this time I chose as orange as possible) and cheese.
Add eggs, flour, salt, spices, squeezed garlic, baking powder, greens.
Make scones by hand and place in a pan that is minimally smeared with oil.
Bake on low heat under the lid.
Served with mushroom sauce (mushrooms, onion, milk, wholemeal flour, greens: ~ 53 kcal / 100g)

I have long wanted to find a variant of healthy eclair. Here's the first attempt. The cream managed excellent, also the dough is good. Tasted perfect and also great nutritional value for eclairs!
One of my favorite salads, quick to prepare, very tasty and healthy.
