Gluten-free bread from chickpeas
Without eggs and without gluten, you can make a very delicious bread.
Golden, sunny pumpkin scones with yellow-yellow cumin cheese and greens. Perfect combination. And after the holiday breakouts at the same time!
Grate the pumpkin (this time I chose as orange as possible) and cheese.
Add eggs, flour, salt, spices, squeezed garlic, baking powder, greens.
Make scones by hand and place in a pan that is minimally smeared with oil.
Bake on low heat under the lid.
Served with mushroom sauce (mushrooms, onion, milk, wholemeal flour, greens: ~ 53 kcal / 100g)
