A very tasty, protein-rich and filling pie.

Cut the lavash into strips ~2-3 mm wide.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the egg white, cottage cheese, salt, baking powder and spices and beat until smooth.
Add grated cheese and greens.
Add the sliced lavash strips. Mix everything.
Place in the tin and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~35 minutes.
