Walking around the market and seeing these huge, sunny plums, I couldn't keep buying them again. garda!

I put a little brown sugar on top, but I can't do it - the plums are sweet enough.
The edges can be smeared with egg yolk, I didn't, but it will look nicer. when baked.
Put in the oven at ~ 175-180 degrees and bake ready for ~ 25 minutes.
