
Cauliflower, broccoli and Brussels sprouts with shrimp in avocado sauce
I've grown so fond of this dish that I wanted to share it with you.
Pumpkin era... So very delicious autumn cake!

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, place in a bowl, cover and microwave for 5 minutes (or sauté on the stove) Cool and blend with a hand blender.
Cut the apricots into small pieces.
Mix all the dry ingredients - flour, oat bran, baking powder, cinnamon and apricots.
Add the eggs, oil and sweetener to the pumpkin mixture and blend well.
Add the dry ingredients, mix well, place in the tin and bake at 170-175 °C for ~40 minutes.
