Cumin cheese "chop"

We continue to "eliminate" the consequences of the holiday. We follow the "diet" of low carbohydrates and "chop" the remaining cumin cheese

 300 g Cumin cheese (for me from SIA “Latgales siers” 10%, but it will be tastier with fatter)
 1 Eggs (if small, you will need 2)
 20 g Dill
 15 g Corn flour
 6 g Sesame seeds
 Salt
Directions

The cheese is cut into slices and each slice in half.

Beat the egg in a bowl and add sesame seeds and chopped dill.

Sprinkle flour on a plate: wrap each slice of cheese in flour, then dip the egg mass and place in a heated pan.

Repeat with all slices of cheese. Bake in a pan at medium temperature on both sides.
