We continue to "eliminate" the consequences of the holiday. We follow the "diet" of low carbohydrates and "chop" the remaining cumin cheese

The cheese is cut into slices and each slice in half.
Beat the egg in a bowl and add sesame seeds and chopped dill.
Sprinkle flour on a plate: wrap each slice of cheese in flour, then dip the egg mass and place in a heated pan.
Repeat with all slices of cheese. Bake in a pan at medium temperature on both sides.

For the past week, we have been fighting heroically with a truly tropical climate. The heat is no joke. But it's summer and the right time for delicious, healthy and, of course, low-calorie ice cream.
