Lavash patties with cheese and cottage cheese
When I want something but don't really know what....this always works!
This baking has surpassed all my fries so far! I definitely recommend cooking this! It's really hard to stop after one piece.
Separate egg whites from egg yolks
Cottage cheese, ricotta, skim milk kefir blended with eggs, sweetener, vanilla.
Cut the fruit or berries more finely.
Add flour to the curd, mix the sliced fruits and berries.
Whisk the egg whites in a stiff foam and mix the dough carefully with a spoon (stirring only to one side so that no air).
Put the dough in the form and bake in the oven at ~ 170 degrees for ~ 1-1h 15 h minutes (look at the stove).
When the baking is almost done, turn off the oven and allow it to cool completely without opening the door.

Ask for some soup at least once a week. This time with salmon.
Strawberries all around! It is a sin not to use them. And if the avocado is ready and the banana is overripe, then a delicacy without sugar and sweeteners is created.
If you need to lose weight, vegetables are great helpers. They can be eaten fresh, stewed, fried, stuffed in tortillas, lavashes. Well, I managed a very delicious roulette.
