Omelette with shrimp (or tuna) and broccoli
I discovered a very tasty omelette that I can eat twice a day. I'm sharing it with you.
It's been a while since I've baked my oat flakes treats. And in vain. You should try it too!

Pour oat flakes with kefir, add eggs and leave to swell.
Dried fruits, if needed, also fill with water (if dry) and cut into larger pieces.
Add cottage cheese, dried fruits, and baking powder to oat flakes. Put the mass in a mold or several small molds and put it in an oven at ~170 degrees and bake it for ~50 minutes (however, I advise you to check your stove)

Cukini pica pannā – vienmēr garda!

How delicious and full of this zucchini-filled pancake. If I had my own coffee, it would definitely be on its menu!
