Cake with dried fruits and cottage cheese

It's been a while since I've baked my oat flakes treats. And in vain. You should try it too!

Cake with dried fruits and cottage cheese
Servings3 Serving
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
 4 Eggs
 100 g Egg white
 300 g Kefir 2%
 250 g Whole oat flakes
220 g Various dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots, plums, dates)
 200 g Culinary curd "Baltais"
 2 tsp. Baking powder
Directions
1

Pour oat flakes with kefir, add eggs and leave to swell.

2

Dried fruits, if needed, also fill with water (if dry) and cut into larger pieces.

3

Add cottage cheese, dried fruits, and baking powder to oat flakes. Put the mass in a mold or several small molds and put it in an oven at ~170 degrees and bake it for ~50 minutes (however, I advise you to check your stove)
