Definitely recommend this! Healthy, delicious, juicy cottage cheese casserole. It's hard to stop after one piece.

 3 Eggs
 350 g Skimmed milk curd
 230 g Fruit (apricots + plums + apple)
 180 g Kefir (I had 2.5%)
 40 g Maize groats (or flour)
 1 tsp. Soda (or baking powder)
 8 g Vanilla sugar
 Sweetener as needed
Directions

Corn grits aplej with kefir, add soda and leave for ~ 20 minutes.

Cottage cheese is blended with eggs, sweetener, vanilla.

Cut the fruit or berries more finely.

Add the kefir-corn groats-soda mass that has been in the curd for 20 minutes, mix everything and stir in the sliced fruit.

Put the dough in the form and bake in the oven at ~ 170 degrees for ~ 50 minutes (look at the stove).

Without baking, switch off the oven and allow it to cool completely without opening the door.
