Lavash with lightly salted trout
When you lazy to bake pancakes on a holiday morning, make a quick breakfast with lavash.
Delicious and hearty: it was like zucchini 'hachapuri'.
Grate the zucchini, add a little salt and set aside.
Add kefir, sliced chicken fillet, grated cheese, flour, salt, pepper, spices, garlic, baking powder.
Add squeezed zucchini from the excess juice.
Mix everything and put the mass in a lightly greased pan with oil, smooth.
Bake at a very low temperature under the lid (~ 10 minutes).
When the bottom is squashed, place a large plate on the pancake, pour the pancake onto the plate and slide it down the back of the pan, put the lid on the pan and let it simmer under the lid for another 5 minutes.

I already have a lot of different soups, but I didn't have sauerkraut soup yet. Now it will be!
If you are planning to go somewhere during the day, and public eateries, like me, are not your best friend, then you can quickly and easily make mini "pancakes" with cheese. Tastes equally good both warm and cold.
