 200 g Culinary curd "Baltais" (or skimmed curd)
 100 g Natural yogurt
 100 g Fresh raspberries
 20 g Walnuts
 20 g Maple leaf syrup (or honey)

Blend the cottage cheese with natural yogurt in a homogeneous mass.

Put the curd mass in a bowl, and put the raspberries and walnuts on top. Pour over the syrup or honey.
