 200 g Cucumber
 200 g Young cabbage
 160 g Kohlrabi
 160 g Sour apple
 100 g Leek
 40 g Greens (dill, parsley)
 2 tsp. Liquid honey
 Herb salt, orange pepper
Ingredients for Sauce
 1 Boiled egg
 2 Boiled egg yolks
 200 g Skimmed milk curd "Amfora Varske" (or natural yoghurt)
 20 g Spinach
 15 g Dill
 15 g Parsley
 15 g Basil
 10 g Garlic
 1 tsp. Mustard
 1 tsp. Honey
 Salt to taste

Grate and mix all salad ingredients.

Prepare the sauce: blend all ingredients into a smooth mixture (delicious mayonnaise).

Mix the sauce with the salad.
