Chanterelle sauce with whole grain buckwheat noodles
Who doesn't love chanterelle sauce? Yes, and as long as the mushrooms are in the woods (or in my freezer) they will always be on my menu.
Omelettes are so different. And just delicious! Also omelette in tortilla and with shrimp….

Beat the eggs with egg whites, add grated cheese (35 gr), shrimp (or other OB source, or nothing at all), greens, salt, spices (optional), pour the mass and fry the omelette at low temperature.
When the bottom is slightly cooked, place the tortilla on top of the omelette, press the omelette and carefully turn it over with a wide spatula (or use a plate).
Fry a little, sprinkle grated cheese (50 g) on one side, fold the tortilla, remove from the heat, put the lid on and let the cheese melt.

I have been dreaming of fish cutlets for a long time. And here they are.

A slightly different morning "porridge". But very, very tasty!

Tangerines, oranges, gingerbread and something top notch is delicious.
