Fried vegetables with avocado sauce
Our gardens today are full of a variety of vegetables, and one of my tastiest meals is simply pan-fried vegetables.

Chop the onion and fry in a pan with 5 g of oil.
Grind the trout. Add all the ingredients - egg, flour, lemon juice, greens, flour and knead the dough.
Make small balls and place in a pot of boiling water.
When the meatballs are floated, add the vegetables, salt and all the spices.
When everything is boiled, add the cream cheese. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add greens at the end.
