 2500 g Water
 460 g Young cabbage
 330 g Cauliflower
 200 g Tomatoes cherry
 190 g Broccoli
 170 g Krēsmiers "Latgale" with lemon and salmon
 100 g Onion
 15 g Garlic
 5 g Oil
 Salt, pepper
Ingredients for Meatballs
 300 g Trout
 50 g Whole wheat flour
 30 g Dill, parsley
 10 g Soy sauce
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp. Tobasco sauce
 Salt (as needed!)
Directions

Bring the pot to a boil with water.

Prepare all the vegetables - cut the new cabbage, divide the broccoli and cauliflower into rosettes.

Chop the onion and fry in a pan with 5 g of oil.

Grind the trout. Add all the ingredients - egg, flour, lemon juice, greens, flour and knead the dough.

Make small balls and place in a pot of boiling water.

When the meatballs are floated, add the vegetables, salt and all the spices.

When everything is boiled, add the cream cheese. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Add greens at the end.
