Grate the zucchini, add a little salt and set aside so that it melts.
Grate cumin cheese, cut finely into dill.
Squeeze the excess zucchini liquid. Add eggs, flour, salt, spices, squeezed garlic, greens.
Make scones by hand and place in a pan that is minimally smeared with oil.
Bake on low heat under the lid.
