 2 Eggs
 120 g Banana
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Apple
 60 g Corn flour (or any other)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Vanilla or cinnamon
 Sweetener as needed (if the apple is sweet, then there is no need)
Directions

Blend the eggs with banana and cottage cheese, vanilla.

Add flour and baking powder.

Peel an apple and cut it into small cubes (or grate, but I prefer cut it - then it feels better). Stir in the dough.

Pour the dough into a lightly oiled pan. Bake on a very low heat (low temperature) in a pan under the lid for ~ 8-10 minutes on one side, then turn and for about 5 minutes on the other.
