
Salad with white radish, bell pepper, cabbage and avocado dressing
Slightly spicy, crunchy and very tasty salad. A great side dish for both fish and meat.
So hearty and delicious. Simple ingredients, a quick delicacy. Like the sweet "hachapuri."

Blend the eggs with banana and cottage cheese, vanilla.
Add flour and baking powder.
Peel an apple and cut it into small cubes (or grate, but I prefer cut it - then it feels better). Stir in the dough.
Pour the dough into a lightly oiled pan. Bake on a very low heat (low temperature) in a pan under the lid for ~ 8-10 minutes on one side, then turn and for about 5 minutes on the other.
