Zucchini waffles with cocoa
I would not have thought that such delicious waffles could be made from zucchini! They are adorable!
The little, adorable pear-blue cheese tarts - something incredibly delicious!

Pour hot water over the dates (if they are not soft) to soften them.
Add the melted butter, cottage cheese and soaked dates to the egg and blend until smooth.
Add the baking powder to the flour, then add it to the egg-cream-date mixture. Knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Take the dough out of the fridge and place it in the tart tins, forming the 'sides'.
Place a pear (20 g) and cheese (10 g) cut into small pieces in the bottom of the tart.
Beat 2 eggs with egg white, cottage cheese, sweetener and vanilla and pour over the pears and cheese. Place a walnut half in the middle.
Place in the oven at ~175 °C and bake for ~30-35 minutes.
