Tuna-pinach breads with guacamole

An unusual but delicious and protein-rich meal.

Ingredients For the Breads
 2 Eggs
 112 g Canned tuna in its juices "Rio Mare"
 30 g Spinach
 6 g Chia seeds
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, pepper
Ingredients for the Guacamole
 120 g Ripe avocado
 120 g Tomatoes
 80 g Red onion
 Herb salt, lemon juice, lemon pepper
Directions

Place the eggs, tuna (drain excess liquid from the tuna) and spinach in a bowl. Add salt and spices as needed and beat everything until smooth.

Add the baking powder and chia seeds.

Pour the mixture into the tins and place in the microwave (or airfryer) for ~5 minutes.

Remove, cool and cut in half. Top with guacamole and enjoy!
