Rice porridge with raspberries and caramelised walnuts
The porridge is really tasty and also healthy in both sweet and salty versions!
There comes a time when you do not want to eat meat or fish, but you still need to absorb protein. In such cases, lean cheeses, cottage cheese, eggs are perfect.
Grate the zucchini, add a little salt and set aside.
Add a teaspoon of soda to the kefir (I heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds - it works better) and set it aside.
Grate the cheese, cut the greens.
Eggs beaten with egg whites.
Add kefir with finely pressed zucchini, cheese, pepper, spices, garlic, flour.
Mix everything and put it in shape.
Bake at ~ 175 degrees for ~ 35 minutes.
