 1 Boiled egg
 3 100% rye toast bread slices
 80 g Canned tuna
 65 g Tomato
 50 g Natural yogurt
 10 g Dill
 ½ tsp. Mustard

Grate the egg and mix it with tuna (first drain off any excess liquid), finely chopped tomatoes and dill.

Mix everything with natural yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon mustard and salt, and spread on bread.
