 400 g Chicken fillet
 400 g Mix of peas and carrots (frozen)
 250 g Milk 2%
 125 g Buckwheat (I used green buckwheat)
 100 g Onion
 15 g Rice flour
 Salt, pepper, garlic, spices of your choice
Directions

Fry the chopped onion in 10 g of oil in a pan.

Add the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, and fry it quickly.

Add the frozen peas and carrots. Add salt and spices of your choice. Sauté over low heat until ready

While the chicken fillets are stewing, cook the buckwheat.

Add the buckwheat to the meat and mix.

Add the rice flour to the bowl with the milk, stirring well. Add to the meat and buckwheat in the pan and bring to the boil, stirring.
