Cream soup with porcini mushrooms, cauliflower and coconut milk

 2 l Water
 1453 g Cauliflower
 500 g Frozen porcini mushrooms
 450 g Butternut squash
 400 g Coconut milk
 80 g Onion
 25 g Garlic
 Herb salt, garlic pepper, spices of your choice
Directions

Peel and cut the squash, and divide the cauliflower into rosettes. Cut the onion and garlic. Put the vegetables in a pot, add water, add spices and cook until the vegetables are soft.

Chop the porcini mushrooms and stew them with spices. Whisk the vegetables with a blender, add coconut milk and boil, stirring (so as not to burn).
