
Cake Prague
A healthy version of the classic cake "Prague". A little "improved", but very tasty and chocolate.
I continue with chanterelles :)

Peel a squash, cut it into small pieces.
Chanterelles are cleaned and stewed together with pumpkins in a pot, which is poured 1 liter of water. Saute them on low heat.
Saute pumpkins with chanterelles, add melted cheese, blend everything and boil.
Add greens.
You can toast rye toast.

Slightly spicy, crunchy and very tasty salad. A great side dish for both fish and meat.

I don't always succeed as planned. This time I was planning to bake lavash pies. However, the lavash was so dry that it broke before I could cut it the way I wanted it to. The result is one large patty and a 2-story pizza.
