Ingredients
 1000 g Pumpkin
 1 l Water
 370 g Fresh chanterelles
 170 g Processed cheese Dzintars light 7,5% or cream "Latgale"
 60 g Onion
 80 g Greens: dill, onions
 Salt, pepper, garlic 4-5 cloves, spices of your choice

Peel a squash, cut it into small pieces.

Chanterelles are cleaned and stewed together with pumpkins in a pot, which is poured 1 liter of water. Saute them on low heat.

Saute pumpkins with chanterelles, add melted cheese, blend everything and boil.

Add greens.
You can toast rye toast.
