
Brownie with pumpkin (gluten-free)
Many kinds of braunis have been made. This time I made another one out of pumpkin and it's just great!
A delicious and healthy snack.

Mix yoghurt with protein, add blueberries and mix again.
Put the mixed mass with a spoon on baking paper and put it in the freezer.
When the "candies" are frozen, prepare the chocolate.
Dissolve the chocolate in a hot water bath and dip each candy in the chocolate to completely cover the frozen yoghurt-blueberry mass (I also sprinkled it with white chocolate for "beauty").
