Strawberry salad with Mozzarella
One of my favorite salads, quick to prepare, very tasty and healthy.
Something so delicious hasn't been enjoyed in a long time!
Kefir is added to the penalty and allowed to act. Beat 3 eggs.
Beaten eggs are added to kefir. Add flour, whisk everything again.
Grate cottage cheese and mix with grated cheese, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper.
In the baking form, pour half of the dough, sprinkle with cottage cheese - cheese mass and pour over the remaining dough. Can be sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Put in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for ~ 35 minutes.
