 3 Eggs
 300 g Skimmed milk kefir
 180 g Flour (for me 150 g whole wheat +30 g corn flour)
 5 g Soda
 Salt, spices of your choice
Ingredients for filling
 170 g Skimmed curd (best granulated curd)
 100 g Cumin cheese 11% or other skimmed cheese
 50 g Scallions
 20 g Dill
 Garlic
 Salt, pepper
