Whole grain Easter cake
Easter is coming! For the first time I am trying my Easter cake!
Fantastically delicious and light dessert cake, which will not be a shame to serve even the most obsessive dessert lovers!
Blend the curd with kefir, add sweetener.
Swell 15g of gelatin. Then place in the microwave for 20 seconds (or melt in a hot water bath).
The dissolved gelatin is added to the curd mass, mixed thoroughly and the mass is poured into a mold (I put it in a form with removable edges).
The curd mass solidifies in ~ 1 h, then blends the blueberries, swell 10 g of gelatin, put it in the microwave for 20 seconds (or melt again in a hot water bath) and add to the blended blueberries.
Pour the blueberry mass on the already hardened curd mass and freeze again in the refrigerator.
This is repeated with plums and raspberries.
