 2 Small eggs
 150 g Kefir 2%
 80 g Natural yogurt Actifeel Greek Style
 120 g Skimmed milk curd
 90 g Russian cheese 16% or other lean cheese
 70 g Whole wheat flour
 50 g Greens (onions, parsley)
 1 tsp. Soda (or baking powder)
 Spices of your choice
Directions

Blend the eggs with cottage cheese and yogurt.

Cut the cheese into small pieces (or grate it), and cut the greens.

Add cheese, herbs, flour, baking soda (or baking powder), salt, and spices of your choice to eggs with cottage cheese and mix.

Spread the dough into baking molds or put it in one mold and bake as one large pie, and then divide it into portions.
