Ingredients
 50 g Whole wheat couscous (+110 g water)
 200 g Cherry tomatoes
 200 g Cucumber
 120 g Avocado
 120 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 80 g Different greens, herbs (I had coriander, spinach, mint, parsley)
 40 g Dried cranberries
 40 g Toasted pecans
 Salt, pepper
Ingredients for Sauce
 1 Lemon juice
 1 tsp. Cumin
 1 tsp. Turmeric
 Herb salt, pepper
Directions

Boil the water and pour over the couscous. Put a plate on the dish and let the couscous swell.

Cut cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers and avocado.

Toast the pecans in a pan.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce with a blender and season the salad.
