Such cottage cheese casserole will always be "Top" in our house!
As if for a holiday, I wanted a treat.

Mix the egg with cottage cheese and sweetener.
Add flour, baking powder and roll out the dough.
Roll out the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour.
Sprinkle with cottage cheese mixed with yogurt and sweetener.
Carefully roll out the sausage, place on a baking sheet and cut into smaller pieces.
Can be smeared with eggs, will look even nicer.
Put in the oven at ~ 180 degrees and bake for ~ 25 minutes.
