As if for a holiday, I wanted a treat.

Ingredients for the dough
 1 Egg
 90 g Rice flour (or other)
 60 g Skimmed curd (best packet curd-more homogeneous)
 Baking powder
 Sweetener
Ingredients for filling
 40 g Skimmed milk curd
 1 tbsp Skyr natural yoghurt (20g)
 5 g Poppies
 Sweetener (I put 7g of maple leaf syrup)
Directions

Mix the egg with cottage cheese and sweetener.

Add flour, baking powder and roll out the dough.

Roll out the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour.

Sprinkle with cottage cheese mixed with yogurt and sweetener.

Carefully roll out the sausage, place on a baking sheet and cut into smaller pieces.

Can be smeared with eggs, will look even nicer.

Put in the oven at ~ 180 degrees and bake for ~ 25 minutes.
