Ingredients
 1 Lavash (120g Prima Food, angular)
 70 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Cheese 10% or "Strongman" cheese
 2 Eggs (can also be grated already cooked)
 50 g Green feather onion
 Salt, spices of your choice
 Seeds or cumin (for sprinkling)
Preparation

Both eggs beat and smear the lavash, leaving a little to smear the rolled lavash.

Sprinkle lavash with grated cheese, green onions and cottage cheese. Sarulee.

Smear with beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds.

Bake at 180 degrees for ~ 15 minutes.
