Chicken and zucchini cutlets

Haven't had Cutlets for a long time. This time with green zucchini. Cutlets are also convenient to use for wraps, wrapping them in a flatbread with a salad of fresh vegetables.

 367 g Zucchini
 60 g Onion
 30 g Oat bran (or flour)
 15 g Garlic

Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt and leave for a while. Squeeze out the excess liquid.

Add pressed zucchini, finely chopped onion, squeezed garlic, spaces to the minced meat, and mix the mass.

Preheat a frying pan lightly oiled. Form 8 small cutlets and fry at a medium-low temperature on both sides. Or bake them in the oven.
