Thick pizza with chicken and mushrooms

I really enjoyed the "quick pizza pan" that I decided to bake it again, but in a larger format, with a little "improvement" for the next working week with lunch.

Ingredients for the Base
 4 Eggs
 140 g Egg white
 275 g Skimmed milk curd
 120 g Flour (I use rice flour)
 380 g Smoked chicken gyros (or any other lean meat can be used)
 275 g Bell pepper (paprica)
Ingredients For Top
 250 g "Strongman" cheese (or any lean cheese)
 156 g Mushrooms (any vegetables can be used instead of mushrooms)
 100 g Scallions
 58 g Onion
 40 g Adjika
 Salt, pepper to taste
Directions

Finely chop gyros, peppers, onions, onions, mushrooms. Grated cheese.

Fry mushrooms with onions in a minimally greased pan, add salt and pepper as needed

Curd is stuffed with eggs and egg whites.

Add paprika, meat, salt, pepper to the curd mass and spread the mass on a plate. Using a fork, level not too thickly.

Put in the oven at 175 degrees and bake for ~ 25-30 minutes.

Grated cheese is mixed with onions and chilled mushrooms.

Remove the baked base, smear with adjika and sprinkle with cheese-mushroom-onion mixture.

Put back in the oven. I turned off the oven and left the pizza in the hot oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melted.
