Tart with apples, salted caramel and nuts
I still love anything to do with caramel and it turned out to be a delicious cake. This time in honor of a cool little 2-year-old child.
Light, airy and gentle raspberry dessert with vanilla cream and fresh raspberries.
Raspberries blended with cottage cheese cream, add vanillin, protein, water.
Sprinkle the gelatin with cold water and swell. Melt it in a hot water bath (or like me, because lazy: - put in the microwave for 20sec, / 800W).
Add the melted gelatin to the raspberries, mix and pour the mass into dishes and set in the refrigerator.
Prepare the vanilla sauce: mix the milk with the egg, starch, sweetener and vanillin - everything is beaten and heated until the mass thickens and throws a bubble. Put to cool.
Finished grilled - put honey in a heated pan, add oatmeal and brown them. Put to cool.
In a bowl with dessert layers put vanilla cream, berries, grilled.
