I do not cease to rejoice in this product - a tortilla. So simple and you can make such a delicious breakfast with them.
Beat the eggs, add salt, and spices and pour onto a heated pan (28 cm), lightly greased with oil.
Place a tortilla on top. Put a lid on the pan and let the omelette fry.
Turn over to the other side, sprinkle cheese on top of the omelet, put the lid on, and let the tortilla fry a little from the bottom.
Fold, press, and - breakfast is ready!
