Apricot small tarts
It's so hard to miss ready-made, yellow, fluffy, aromatic apricots at the market or in the store…
If you don't have much time or are feeling lazy and want to cook a meal quickly - try this stew.

Put the trout in a saucepan, add a little water and braise until cooked through (~15-20 minutes). Shred with a fork into small pieces.
Pour the water into the pot and put in the frozen vegetables - Edamame beans first, pea-carrot mix and Mexican mix a little later (as the beans take longer to cook). At the end, add broccoli, fish chunks, salt and other seasonings.
Stir the rice flour into the coconut milk and add to the cooked vegetables and trout. Mix and bring to the boil.

I also get tired of meat on the daily menu. And then instead come a lot of vegetables, mushrooms, cheese…

A healthy and delicious snack. Tastes great with any of my healthy sauces.

I also wanted to try this new hit! It was delicious and sweet!
