 500 g Trout fillet (350 g if salmon)
 400 g Frozen pea-carrot mix
 400 g Dārzeņu maisījums "Mexoco"
 400 g Broccoli
 400 g Edamame soya beans
 250 g Light coconut milk "Santa Maria" 7%
 30 g Rice flour (for thickening)
 Spicy smoked paprika powder
 Dried garlic
 Salt, pepper
 500 g Water
Directions

Put the trout in a saucepan, add a little water and braise until cooked through (~15-20 minutes). Shred with a fork into small pieces.

Pour the water into the pot and put in the frozen vegetables - Edamame beans first, pea-carrot mix and Mexican mix a little later (as the beans take longer to cook). At the end, add broccoli, fish chunks, salt and other seasonings.

Stir the rice flour into the coconut milk and add to the cooked vegetables and trout. Mix and bring to the boil.
