Here's another very, very tasty autumn soup.
A calorie-dense but still healthy snack. Especially for our children, who are not into kcal counting.

Chop the nuts and mix with the seeds and dried cranberries.
Add the honey and mix everything.
Form the biscuits on the baking tray (spoon the mixture into a metal ring and tamp).
Place in a preheated oven at 165 °C and bake/dry for ~20-25 minutes.
