 2 Eggs
 140 g Kefir 2%
 140 g Rye flour
 27 g Wheat / rye bran
 7 g Sesame seeds
 1 tsp. Soda
 spices, Provencal herbs

Mix all the dough ingredients, knead the dough and set it aside for 10 minutes.

Then, with wet hands, form round buns, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Put in the oven at 175 degrees for ~ 30-35 minutes.
