Pour 1 l of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Put a packet of "Smart Grains" in boiling water and cook for ~ 12-15 minutes. Remove and allow a little to stand. Remove and drain the water.
In a deep frying pan, pour the frozen vegetables and broccoli divided into rosettes, add a little water, add salt, spices and sauté ready.
Saute the salmon in a separate pan.
