Ingredients
 400 g Frozen vegetable mix "Mexico"
 235 g Broccoli
 200 g Salmon or trout (or 350 g chicken fillet)
 90 g "Smart grains" (or any other flavored cereal)
 Salt, pepper, spices at your discretion.
Directions

Pour 1 l of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Put a packet of "Smart Grains" in boiling water and cook for ~ 12-15 minutes. Remove and allow a little to stand. Remove and drain the water.

In a deep frying pan, pour the frozen vegetables and broccoli divided into rosettes, add a little water, add salt, spices and sauté ready.

Saute the salmon in a separate pan.

Add the "Smart Grains" to the finished vegetables, squeeze the sautéed salmon and mix everything.
