Oatmeal crackers with seeds and dried tomatoes

Ingredients
 100 g Whole wheat flour
 100 g Whole oat flakes
 30 g Sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
 20 g Sunflower seeds
 20 g Linseed
 20 g Malted linseed
 20 g Pumpkin seeds
 270 ml Water (warm)
 1 tsp. Salt
 Spices of your choice (chilli pepper, smoked paprika, crushed garlic, dried greens)
Directions

Turn on the oven and heat to 200 ° C.

In a bowl, mix oatmeal with seeds, flour, salt and spices.

Add warm water and tomatoes cut into small pieces - mix everything and leave for ~15-20 minutes.

Put the mass on a baking sheet and spread it with a wet spoon in a thin layer. The thinner, the smoother, the crisper.

Put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cut the next crackers to the desired size with a knife.

Put back in the oven, reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for about 20-25 minutes until the crackers turn brown.
