 20 g Garlic
 20 g Extra virgin olive oil

Peel and cut the vegetables.

Put the cut vegetables in a large bowl, add salt, spices, squeezed garlic and oil and mix everything.

Put the vegetables on a baking sheet and put them in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, and bake for ~ 45 minutes. In the end, turn on the browning model.
