Oatmeal cookies with dried cranberries, banana and walnuts

 140 g Banana
 100 g Oat flakes
 30 g Dried cranberries (or raisins)
 30 g Walnuts (or almonds)
 Cinnamon
Directions

Mash the banana, add cinnamon, cranberries (or raisins), chopped nuts, and oat flakes. Mix everything and set aside to let the mixture swell a little.

Form the biscuits by hand and place them on the baking tray.

Place in the oven and bake at ~175 °C for 30-35 minutes.
