Small tarts with pears and caramelized walnuts

Well, I love tartlets. Big and small. Sweet and salty.

Small tarts with pears and caramelized walnuts
Servings4 Servings
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients for the base (diameter of the molds 8cm)
 1 Egg
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
80 g Flour (I use corn flour. Add enough flour so that it practically does not stick to your hands when kneading the dough)
 25 g Butter
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener as needed
Ingredients for filling
160 g Pear (already peeled and sliced)
28 g Caramelized walnuts with honey
Ingredients for the Topping
 2 Eggs
 50 g Skimmed milk curd
 5 g Corn starch
 Sweetener
 Vanilla
Directions
1

Blend the egg with cottage cheese (it should be at room temperature) and melted butter into a homogeneous mass. Add the dry ingredients and knead an elastic, non-sticky dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for ~20-30 minutes.

2

Put the dough in molds (or form freely with your hands on baking paper).

3

Put 40 g of sliced pear and 7 g of caramelized walnuts in each base.

4

Pour over the beaten egg-curd mixture.

5

Place the tarts in the oven at ~180 °C and bake until ready (~25-30 minutes).
They taste best when it's still a little warm!

Spicy cabbage salad

Spicy cabbage salad

These salads are very popular with Brezhnev. They are called: "Kremlevskaya harpy" because they are very crunchy. A little improvisation and I made these delicious cabbage salad for me too.
