Cake Prague
A healthy version of the classic cake "Prague". A little "improved", but very tasty and chocolate.
Well, I love tartlets. Big and small. Sweet and salty.
Blend the egg with cottage cheese (it should be at room temperature) and melted butter into a homogeneous mass. Add the dry ingredients and knead an elastic, non-sticky dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for ~20-30 minutes.
Put the dough in molds (or form freely with your hands on baking paper).
Put 40 g of sliced pear and 7 g of caramelized walnuts in each base.
Pour over the beaten egg-curd mixture.
Place the tarts in the oven at ~180 °C and bake until ready (~25-30 minutes).
They taste best when it's still a little warm!
